Koretoff's Creations offers all things charcuterie! We offer personalized, themed, and mainlined boards, grazing tables both single level & elevated to meet your needs. Have worked previously with dietary restrictive and allergy free boards. Knowledgeable family owned company established in the beautiful friendly village of Fallbrook, CA. We are a growing company reliant on community participation and we appreciate every person or company we have had the privilege to serve.

At KC's Charcuterie we pride ourselves on great tasting ingredients and have extensive knowledge of flavor pairings. We strive to create not only delicious presentations but aesthetically stunning displays. Our attention to detail in our presentations set us apart from others. Our displays offer locally obtained ingredients, ensure eatable only ingredients on the boards and we always make our dips & add-ons homemade!
